Warranty Information

The warranties outlined by Deluxe Products Pty Limited (CAN 102 989 097), trading as Luxo Living (“Deluxe Products”, “Luxo Living”, "us", "we", or "our"), herein are supplementary to any statutory rights, remedies, conditions, or warranties. It is not our intention to restrict or exclude your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) within this document. 

We warrant that the items or products:  

  1. match the description provided;
  2. are suitable for the purpose as described; 
  3. are safe, free of defects and of merchantable quality.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the item or product amounts to major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the product. You are also entitled to reimbursement for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the product. The duration of the warranty period, will vary based on the specific item or product, commencing from the date that the product is delivered to you. Information regarding the warranty period and any additional warranties for each product, are available on the individual product page.

To the extent permissible by law, the warranties provided above will not apply where our products have been subjected to: 

  1. misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident; and/or
  2. alteration or improper alteration by the Client or any other third party; and/or 
  3. non-observance with use and maintenance instructions; and/or 
  4. damage or malfunction due to normal use or fair wear and tear, such as the discolouration of glass frosting, or colour fading; and/or 
  5. use in trade or commercial situations such as in a restaurant, bar, gym or day spa and/or 
  6. The faults were known or brought to attention prior to the purchase.

How to make a claim:

If you wish to make a claim for the breach of any warranty, including any breach of any additional warranty, you must: 
 
  1. notify us in writing via email to support@luxoliving.com.au or by post to the following address:

  1. provide us with proof of purchase.

To help us process your claim, please prepare the following, along with your invoice to enable us to process your claim quickly and efficiently:

  • a detailed description of the issue;
  • optional photo of the product;
  • a closeup of the fault or defect;
  • photo of parts list from the manual with the faulty or defective part circled;
  • photo of the packaging.

Following the receipt of your claim under this warranty and/or the return of your items or products, we will assess your claim and if we determine that your claim is valid, we will provide a remedy:

  1. in the case of a minor failure, we may either repair the defect, replace any defective part of the defective product, or replace the defective product; and
  2. if the products cannot be repaired or considered to be a major failure, you may choose a refund, replacement or repair at your discretion.
In accordance with the warranty under this agreement, if we determine that a part or component can easily repair the item or product. Then, we may at our discretion send you the replacement part or component to remedy the item or product, at our own cost. 
You must obtain a return authorisation (RA) number from us and attach it to the item(s) before sending the return to our Returns Department at the following address:

If any item or product is returned to us for refund, repair, or replacement. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for any damages sustained during the return shipment.
If, after examining or assessing the item or product, we determine that there has been no breach of our warranty:
 
  1. we reserve the right to charge you for any reasonable expenses associated with inspecting or evaluating the item or product, including but not limited to sending a technician on-site for examination;
  2. we reserve the right to charge you for any re-delivery costs incurred to return the item or product to you.
