Luxo Living is open and fully operational including our Sydney showroom
During these challenging times that we are facing, our priority at Luxo Living is the safety and welfare of our staff and customers. Our warehouse is fully staffed and we continue to dispatch goods and services to our customers across Australia without any delays. Due to a high volume of enquiries coming through response times from our contact centre may be a little longer than usual. We will return all calls and respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. Social distancing measures will be applied in our showroom.
Can I still shop online on Luxo Living?
Yes. We are still open to all Australians and customers will receive orders as normal without any delays. We continue to provide exceptional value direct to the consumer and we have more and more products becoming available every week.
Can I still shop offline on Luxo Living?
Yes. Our Sydney showroom is still open however we encourage customers to come during the week if possible as it can get busy on Saturdays and social distancing measures will be applied for the safety of our customers and staff. Please note customers are not permitted in our warehouse for safety reasons and should proceed directly to the showroom when they arrive. For the safety of our showroom staff and customers, visits to our showroom are limited to a maximum of 3 people per group. Our phone lines are still open 7 days a week (except public holidays) however we are experiencing high call volumes and a call back may be required in some instances.
Are delivery times delayed?
No. Our warehouse is staffed and equipped to handle the current volume of orders. If anything, our delivery times for in stock items is quicker now than ever before due to the improved road traffic conditions around the country and especially in Sydney. Is Luxo Living affected by the Government shutdowns?
Luxo Living is fully operational and currently not affected by the government shutdowns. We will provide updates on our web site if the situation changes.
