Luxo Living is open and fully operational including our showroom

During these challenging times that we are facing, our priority at Luxo Living is the safety and welfare of our staff and customers. Our warehouse is fully staffed and we continue to dispatch goods and services to our customers across Australia without any delays. Due to a high volume of enquiries coming through response times from our contact centre may be a little longer than usual. We will return all calls and respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. Please note our showroom is open and our click and collect service is available. Please note we require QR code check-in and proof of vaccination status to be shown to staff before you enter our showroom.

Can I still shop online on Luxo Living?

Yes. We are still open to all Australians and customers will receive orders as normal without any delays. We continue to provide exceptional value direct to the consumer and we have more and more products becoming available every week.

Is Click & Collect still available?

Yes, collecting your order is easy with Luxo Living. When you arrive on site, simply park your car in our carpark and text your name and order number to our warehouse phone 0473 840182. There is no need to leave your car. One of our warehouse staff will bring your order out to you. For the health and safety of visitors and staff we ask that you remain in your vehicle at all times while on our premises. Please note the warehouse phone does not receive calls. Are delivery times delayed?

No. Our warehouse is staffed and equipped to handle the current volume of orders. If anything, our delivery times for in stock items is quicker now than ever before due to the improved road traffic conditions around the country and especially in Sydney. Is Luxo Living affected by the Government shutdowns?

Luxo Living is fully operational and we are not affected by any government shutdowns. We will provide updates on our web site if the situation changes.
