Easy Returns for Your Convenience
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). If your order included free shipping the actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund, along with any return shipping fees if we arrange the return.
Return Guidelines:
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, which should be in good condition. If the item requires assembly, please disassemble it and place back in the original packaging.
Checking Features: If you need to inspect a colour or feature, please do so without assembling the item.
How to Return Your Item:
- Request a Return Authorisation: Email us at support@luxoliving.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item. Include photos of the product in its original packaging.
- Receive Your RA Number: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for tracking purposes.
- Quick Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item.
Important Note: For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses, rugs, and bed sheets can only be returned if they are in unopened and sealed packaging.
