Luxo Living’s 7 Day Free Returns

We understand that buying furniture online can be risky, especially if you are not able to see it or try it before you buy. There’s also the concern about receiving a damaged item or something different to what you expected. That’s why we’ve introduced our 7 Day Free Returns policy in addition to all our existing returns policies and generous product warranties. This will be available on all orders from Sydney metro customers.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Place your order on our website, in-store or over the phone knowing that your purchase is risk-free
  2. After you receive your order (which is usually within a few days in Sydney), open the packages and try out the products
  3. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, place the items back in original packaging and we will arrange to pick up the items from you free of charge and we will refund your money in full

It’s as simple as that. Safe and risk-free furniture shopping is now a reality at Luxo Living!

Just a few things you need to remember in order to be eligible for a free return. You must have the original packaging. If you think you might want to return the item, make sure you hold on to all packaging. The product must be in new and unused condition. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund your order's original shipping/delivery charge. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the amounts you paid for shipping upgrades such as same day delivery or premium delivery.

Please note the following exclusions apply to the free returns policy:

  • Commercial orders
  • Orders over $1,500 in value
  • Mattresses, bed linen, health & hygiene items, wine fridges and saunas

If your order does not qualify for our 7 Day Free Returns policy due to one of the above reasons you will still be protected by our standard returns policies and product warranties which include all warranties required by law in Australia.
