How many people can comfortably sit at the table?

The Positano set is designed for six people. It includes six dining chairs and a spacious 180 x 96cm table that comfortably accommodates six place settings.

What is the weight capacity of the chairs and table?

Each dining chair has a maximum user weight capacity of 120kg, and the dining table has a maximum weight capacity of 75kg. We do not recommend exceeding these limits.

Are the cushion covers removable and washable?

Yes. The cushion covers have zippers and can be removed for cleaning. They are machine washable using a mild detergent. Ensure cushions and covers are fully air-dried before using or storing to prevent mould and mildew.

What tools are needed for assembly?

All required hardware and an Allen key are included in the box. A minimum of two people is recommended for assembly, and power tools should not be used as they may damage the furniture and void any claims.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly time is approximately 60 minutes for two people, following the step-by-step instructions provided for both the table and the chairs.

How should I care for the aluminium frame?

Clean the aluminium frame with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that may scratch the surface. During extreme weather, cover or store the setting indoors to maximise its life.

Can I drag the table or chairs to move them?

It’s best not to drag the furniture, as this can damage both the frame and your flooring. Always lift the table and chairs when moving them.

Estimated dispatch times are shown on our website category pages. The estimated dispatch time for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation which is sent via e-mail after you place your order.

In-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order unless you have included some pre-order items in your order. 99% of orders placed before 9:00 am Sydney time on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.

DELIVERY

Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days, however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.

To keep delivery costs low, we book all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg (example. Box weighs 100kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialised delivery service or after hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and additional costs will apply.
