Luxo Living® Price Protection Policy (Australia)

Effective date: 22nd October 2025
Applies to: purchases made on luxoliving.com.au from the effective date onwards

1) Plain-English Summary

  • If we lower the public listed price of the same SKU/variant within 30 days of your purchase, we issue loyalty points which can be converted to store credit for the difference.
  • Credit is based on what you actually paid after any discounts.
  • Excluded: Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, End of Financial Year (EOFY), flash sales, clearance, bundles, coupon-only prices, and members-only promotions.
  • One claim per order (you can include multiple eligible items).
  • In addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2) Eligibility

  • Purchases on luxoliving.com.au by the original purchaser.

3) Coverage Window

  • 30 days from the purchase date on your order confirmation.

4) What Qualifies

  • Same product: identical SKU, colour, size, configuration, new condition.
  • Public listed price drop on luxoliving.com.au (price visible to any visitor without login or coupon).

5) Minimum Price Difference

  • Eligible only when the public listed price is lower by ≥ 5% or ≥ A$50, whichever is higher.

6) How We Calculate Your Credit

  • Compare your final price paid (after coupons/discounts/store credit; excluding shipping/services) to the current public listed price (no coupon).
  • Future coupons are not considered in the calculation.
  • Store credit only (no cash). Credit = (Net paid price – current public listed price), subject to Section 5.

7) Exclusions

Price Protection does not apply to:

  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday offers.
  • Boxing Day offers.
  • End of Financial Year (EOFY) offers.
  • Any named flash sale events.
  • Clearance / last-chance / factory seconds / open-box items
  • Bundles, sets, kits, gift-with-purchase, or members-only promotion prices..
  • Coupon-only discounts or prices requiring a code at checkout.
  • Price changes due to delivery fees, installation/assembly, warranty add-ons, or pricing errors.
  • Competitor prices, currency movements, third-party marketplaces.

8) Claim Process

  • When: Within 30 days (Section 3).
  • How: Submit the Price Protection Claim Form with order number, email, and product link.
  • Verification: Checked against our internal price history for the same SKU/variant.
  • Decision: Aim to respond within 3 business days; approved credits issued within 5 business days.
  • Limit: One claim submission per order (multiple eligible items allowed).

9) Store Credit Terms

  • Issued in AUD; non-transferable; not redeemable for cash.
  • Validity: 12 months from issue (or longer where required by law).
  • Usable on new purchases at luxoliving.com.au; standard exclusions may apply.
  • Not applicable retrospectively to past orders.

10) Misuse & Fair Use

  • We may refuse, limit, or revoke Price Protection where fraud, abuse, or gaming is suspected.
  • We may remove a SKU from Price Protection if claim rates exceed norms.

11) Policy Changes

  • We may update this policy at any time; changes won’t affect valid claims already submitted within the original 30-day window.

12) Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law

  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL (e.g., repair, replacement, refund for a major failure).

14) Definitions

  • Public listed price: Price displayed to any visitor without login or coupon.
  • Members-only micro-drop: Limited-time members-only price/release not public.
  • Coupon-only discount: Reduction applied only with a checkout code.
  • EOFY: End-of-Financial-Year promotional period as announced by Luxo Living (around June each year, exact dates published in promo T&Cs).
