Terms & Conditions

  1. Luxo's assembly service is separate from our delivery service. Delivery drivers do not assemble furniture. Once your order and delivery date are confirmed, you will receive a link to schedule the assembly service.
  2. Assembly service is available for Luxo Furniture items in the Sydney metro area only. The service includes a call-out fee, unboxing in assembly location, product assembly, and rubbish removal.
  3. The assemblers will not remove or disassemble old furniture items. Please ensure that the space is clear and ready for our team to assemble the products before our arrival to avoid service cancellation.
  4. A $49 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time.
  5. Assembly may be refused if we cannot safely assemble the product or if the selected location is unsuitable or outside of our service offer (e.g. walls without support structures, unboxing in a seperate location, outdoor installation of indoor saunas, recessing wall-mounted units). If the assembly is too difficult or risky, we may cancel the service, this service is for assembly only.
  6. Finnish sauna installations: Our team will assemble the entire sauna unit. Electrical connections to the stove must be installed by a qualified electrician.
  7. Wall beds: Must be safely assembled onto a structural, load-bearing wall with internal support for secure installation.
  8. Original packaging requirement:Please ensure satisfaction with both the product and assembly service. To initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging with the packaging intact and in good condition. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.
  9. Please ensure you review the assembly requirements in advance. If we are unable to assemble the item according to our terms and conditions, a refund will not be issued.
  10. The assembly prices are subject to change without notice.
