Delivery Costs
How much does delivery cost?
Simply enter your postcode on any product page to see your delivery cost. You'll also find the total in your cart before checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and your delivery location.
Ordering multiple items? You'll save on delivery.
Add items to your cart and our delivery calculator will work out the most efficient shipping method for your entire order—you won't be charged per item. In many cases, there's no additional charge for extra items in the same order.
Where We Deliver
We deliver Australia-wide to any address accessible by road, with a few exceptions for very remote areas and islands.
Premium room-of-choice delivery is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and select NSW and QLD regional areas—our two-person team brings your furniture right where you want it.
Important: Please provide your full street address and phone number at checkout, as carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery Timeframes
When will my order ship?
In-stock items dispatch from our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. Sydney time on weekdays may qualify for same-day delivery in Sydney.
Estimated delivery dates are shown on product pages and in your order confirmation email.
When will it arrive?
Most deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday–Friday, however some deliveries may occur outside these hours when delivery volumes are high.
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Perth: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- Rest of Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries. Some carriers will send you a link to book your preferred delivery date. Please also note that if there are any access issues or safety concerns (e.g. narrow doorways) your delivery will be to the ground floor or nearest safe location.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery (Sydney Metro)
Order in-stock items before 9:00 a.m. for same-day delivery in Sydney metro—or after 9:00 a.m. for next-day delivery. This express service includes two-person delivery to your room of choice at no additional charge.
Delivery window: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. AEST. You'll receive an SMS with your time window and another notification before arrival.

Delivery slots are limited and offered via SMS on a first-come, first-served basis. If no one is available to accept delivery, additional fees apply. We're happy to leave items in a safe place with written permission in your delivery instructions.
Delivery Methods
Multiple items in one order?
We'll deliver everything together to save you money. If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll wait until everything arrives before shipping. Need split deliveries? Contact us at sales@luxoliving.com.au—extra costs apply.
What to expect on delivery day:
We use a network of trusted carriers and our own Luxo delivery fleet to offer convenient, reliable delivery at competitive rates. All deliveries are door-to-door—please ensure someone is available to sign and receive your order.
- Premium delivery (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane select areas): Two-person team delivers to your room of choice
- Standard delivery (other areas): Delivered to your door only—does not include carrying inside, upstairs, or unpacking
Heavy or oversized items: Outside Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, standard delivery may have just one person. For large items like saunas or wine fridges, please have assistance ready to help move boxes from the vehicle.

Need delivery upstairs or have other special requirements? Contact us at sales@luxoliving.com.au immediately after ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate—extra costs may apply.
Can't be home? You can provide a written 'Authority to Leave' by contacting us. Please note we can't take responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to unattended items.
Track Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email with instructions. For tracking questions, email dispatch@luxoliving.com.au
Lost or Damaged in Transit?
You're covered by our transit insurance.
- Lost in transit: Contact dispatch@luxoliving.com.au and we'll sort it out
- Damaged on arrival: Email support@luxoliving.com.au with photos of the damage, packaging, and delivery docket so we can process your claim quickly
Click & Collect
Prefer to pick up? Select Click & Collect at checkout. Our warehouse is in Wetherill Park, NSW. For your order security we ask for ID that matches your order details at the time of collection.
Arranging Your Own Carrier
If you'd prefer to arrange your own transport to pick up your order from our warehouse, please select Click & Collect when you place your order, make sure they have your order number and valid identification that we can check when they pick up your order. Arrange for collection during our warehouse Click & Collect hours which are:
- Mon-Fri 9:30am to 4:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am to 3:30pm
