In-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order unless you have included some pre-order items in your order. 99% of orders placed before 9:00 am Sydney time on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.

Please note that cancellation fees and return shipping fees may apply if you cancel an order after we start processing it.

DELIVERY

Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days, however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.

To keep delivery costs low, we book all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg (example. Box weighs 100kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialised delivery service or after hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and additional costs will apply.

LUXO made the purchase, delivery stressfree.

"The delivery consists of three large boxes2mtr x 1. 9mtr x 250mm, each, containing the 1)floor/roof, 2)left& right walls, 3) The front glass door & panel + the two rear panels, and a 4th large box with the seats, fixings, etc. Hard lessons learned: The roof /floor are required first, so leave it near the sauna location. Check all boxes for the contents on the label and stack/store them in the order of assembly. Assembly time was approximatel 4 hours, however re-arranging the boxes, removing the cardboard cartons was 6+ hours. Organise the 15amp power outlet to be at RHS rear of the sauna . The front glass panels need two sets of hands, to lift & fit together. Timber quality, finishes are good, FM radio is average. Takes 15 minutes to reach 50C from 25C and temp is fairly stable at 48/51C . My last task is to take two ute loads of cardboard, polystyrene packing to the recycling."
