"I very rarely leave reviews and typically am motivated by anger to write something when everything goes wrong. HOWEVER, in this case I experienced such exceptional service and support for a product that has been incredible since purchasing almost 5 years ago, that I felt compelled to say thanks to LUXO LIVING and share my experience. Ive been using the sauna around 4-5 days a week for just under 5 years. A month before the warranty expired one of the carbon heater pads stopped working. LUXO support have been incredible and today the replacement part arrived, was installed and its working as it did on day 1. Its an AWESOME product in terms of quality, reliability and design. Love the speaker/radio and Bluetooth connectivity - I hang my iPad on the outside of the class door and watch a movie with excellent sound from the internal speaker. LUXO have out performed all expectations and are clearly a "customer first" focussed retailer - not by their promises like most retailers but by their actions which is so rare these days. THANK YOU LUXO LIVING."

"I bought a second hand temperamental ceramic sauna to see if I would enjoy using a sauna before I paid for a new one. I struggled for 2 years, before I asked my brother where he got his from. I love my new one! Wish I had of bought it sooner. Carbon , Bluetooth, light therapy, heat panel from your feet! I can lean against panels without burning, it heats up within 10min, It's a different heat, but I do love it. It is my meditation haven and I use it every morning. It did take a month to deliver interstate. And it arrived on a pallet which had one corner crushed which panicked me, but no panels damaged. Needs 2 people to carry panels and assemble."
