"We are very pleased with our order of the bunk bed. Kids love it. Order process was smooth and quick. We ordered on the Saturday and it was delivered that Monday(Sydney based). We had text updates throughout the day of delivery and the driver called us when he was 10 minutes away to make sure we were home. Product itself is nice and solid. I was worried that the height from bottom mattress to top bunk would be too small but my daughter can sit up and not hit her head. A few scratches here and there on planks that can be seen (hence the 4 stars). It looks great in the kids room. They especially love the staircase with in built shelves to store their toys."

"Luxurios looking bunk bed, sturdy when finished and delivered ahead of time. There’ s just some issues with the paint, it’s not smooth and some pieces with tiny cracks so I have to put that piece on the side which is not visible. . Hoping you can replace that pieces but will take time because I have to dis assemble again. My kids love it thou."
