In-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order unless you have included some pre-order items in your order. 99% of orders placed before 9:00 am Sydney time on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.

Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days, however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.
To keep delivery costs low, we book all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg (example. Box weighs 100kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialised delivery service or after hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and additional costs will apply.

"Easy to assemble and delivery was excellent. Love my pink couch, and the material is beautiful, so soft. Couch was a bit firm at first, but not for long, very comfortable in no time. "I've purchased a few items from Luxo Living the quality is exceptional I just received my new sofa yesterday I purchased the Claude 3 seat with chaise in the tan PU leather it's a beautiful sofa well made a bit firm but it will take a while to soften I just replaced my leather corner lounge that I had for over 25 years I know a longgg time so this sofa still feels a little weird lol Il get used to it . Was so easy to assemble just screw the legs in which is in a handy compartment under each piece of sofa and the chaise just clips into the other piece . Couldn't be happier with my choice it goes in my house perfectly"
