Solid but not solid wood

"Extremely heavy and high quality, but it's made out of chipboard and MDF. Only the sides and bottom crossbeams are solid pine. All shelves, drawers, and the top are chipboard. The back is mdf I fear that loose pee could leak and warp the top layer of chipboard."
