Note: No plug is included; a certified electrician is required to install the stove and all electrical parts of this home sauna. Due to the high power requirements of this unit (6kw), a standard 10AMP wall outlet will not provide an adequate power supply. For the best sauna experience at 80°C, ensure an initial room temperature of 25°C. Proper installation requires the services of a licensed electrician so that the sauna can be wired into your power supply (25AMP socket required).
Wood will deteriorate over time. To make your sauna last longer, place it under a roof or cover it to avoid contact with rain or snow.
The top 5 of the many benefits of saunas:
- Detoxify your body - The high heat of the sauna induces deep sweating, which detoxifies the body by expelling large amounts of toxins
- Controls weight - Increased perspiration promotes healthy, effortless weight loss
- Manage your pain - Heat therapy is proven to alleviate pain and is great for all types of muscles, bones and pain
- Increases circulation - When circulation is improved, your body will reap the benefits of improved function
- Face off illnesses - Infections and virus-based diseases can be effectively combated with sauna therapy
