Black Friday Survey Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. The Luxo Living Black Friday Survey Giveaway promotional period begins at 7:00 am (AEDT) on Saturday, 25 October 2025, and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Sunday, 7 December 2025, after which no entries will be accepted.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. To enter, participants must complete the online survey available on the Luxo Living website during the promotional period.

4. Each valid survey submission counts as one (1) entry into the prize draw.

5. Every purchase during the promotion period will receive three (3) additional entries in the draw.

6. A total of three (3) winners will be randomly selected. The prizes are:

 a. First prize: $3,000 Luxo Living store credit

 b. Two (2) runner-up prizes: $1,000 Luxo Living store credit each

7. The total prize pool value is $5,000 AUD. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. The random prize draw will take place at 160 Newton Rd, Wetherill Park NSW, on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.

9. Winners will be notified via email and announced on Luxo Living’s official social media channels on the same date.

10. Only one (1) survey entry per person will be accepted. Additional entries apply only if a qualifying purchase is made.

11. Luxo Living reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant found to have submitted multiple or falsified entries.

12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

13. If a winner is found to be ineligible, Luxo Living reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.

14. By participating in the survey, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Luxo Living.
