2026 Australian Home Furniture Survey Terms and Conditions


Promoter: Deluxe Products Pty Ltd trading as Luxo Living (ABN 44102989097), of 160 Newton Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 (“Luxo Living” or “Promoter”).

NSW Authority Number: This promotion is conducted under NSW Fair Trading Authority No. TP/04884.

1. Promotional Period
The 2026 Luxo Living Furniture Survey Giveaway (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00 am (AEDT) on 8 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on 7 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agencies, contractors, consultants, suppliers, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the Luxo Living online survey during the Promotional Period.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entry is free; however, internet access is required.

4. Prize Details
There are two (2) prizes to be won:
Prize 1 – Major Prize One (1) winner will receive a Complete 1 Bedroom Apartment Furniture Package with a total value of up to $12,000 AUD.

  • The major prize consists of furniture items selected by the Promoter that may include items for the bedroom, living area, dining area and, where applicable, outdoor spaces. The specific furniture items, quantities, styles and configurations included in the package are determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
  • The total value of the prize is capped at $12,000 AUD based on the combined retail price of the selected items at the time of fulfilment. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • At the Promoter’s discretion, the winner may be permitted to select alternative Luxo Living products, provided that the total combined retail value does not exceed $12,000 AUD.
  • If any selected item is unavailable, discontinued, or out of stock at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with another item of equal or greater value.
  • Delivery within Australia is included as part of the prize. Prize 2 – Minor Prize One (1) winner will receive a $3,000 Luxo Cash Voucher. The voucher:
    • Is valid for 6 months from date of issue;
    • Is not transferable;
    • Is not redeemable for cash; and
    • Must be used in accordance with Luxo Living’s standard website Terms & Conditions

5. Total Prize Pool
The total prize pool value is $15,000 AUD.

6. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at 160 Newton Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 on 10 June 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional
Period.

7. Winner Notification & Publication
Winners will be notified via email on 11 June 2026. The Promoter may publish the winners’ first initial and surname on Luxo Living’s website and/or official social media channels.

8. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize is not claimed within 15 days of notification (by 26 June 2026), the prize will be deemed unclaimed. A redraw will take place at the same location at 12:00 pm on 29 June 2026 (being a working
day), subject to regulatory requirements. Redraw winners will be notified in the same manner.

9. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • Submits more than one entry or attempts to circumvent the one-entry-per-person rule;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Tampers with the entry process; or
  • Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.


10. Privacy & Marketing
By entering, entrants consent to the collection of personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Entrants may also receive marketing communications in accordance with Luxo Living’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction, system error, network failure, website outage, lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or any other issue affecting participation in the Promotion. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Cancellation or Variation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

14. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
