In-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order unless you have included some pre-order items in your order. 99% of orders placed before 9:00 am Sydney time on a working day will be dispatched on the same day.
Please note that cancellation fees and return shipping fees may apply if you cancel an order after we start processing it.
DELIVERY
Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days, however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.
To keep delivery costs low, we book all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg (example. Box weighs 100kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialised delivery service or after hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and additional costs will apply.

Introducing the Aquila Extra Wide Upholstered Headboard and Fabia Fabric Gas Lift Storage Bed Base Package, a bed frame with storage in mid blue — a hotel quality package that will leave visitors asking where you got it all from constantly. We decided to go with the Aquila headboard because of its utterly lavish style and breezy bouclé texture. The foam filling not only looks good enough to dive into, it really is. Built using strong wood materials, it’s bound to last and maintain its appeal.
Because every headboard needs a good bed base, we had to include the Fabia gas lift bed. Thanks to gas cylinders located underneath the durable wooden slats, it is easier than ever to store away all your items neatly without doing damage to your back in the process. Important Notice: The bed has a pair of high pressure gas lift struts (90kg each). After the bed frame is assembled, you will need to pull the metal frame down pretty hard, so that you can put slats on. After you add the mattress on the metal frame, the frame would be much easier to be closed down.
If raising the gas lift for storage, 50kg is the weight limit of the mattress and 250kg for whole bed base.
