DELIVERY
Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days, however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.
To keep delivery costs low, we book all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg (example. Box weighs 100kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialised delivery service or after hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and additional costs will apply.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, mainly because it was such an easy transaction. What stuck out for me the most is how friendly the staff were in the show room, especially one of the ladies who was making a bed up next to the door to the warehouse. It was a hot day and she didn’t let it effect her spirit. She was working on the flat pack and acknowledging customers. My son is also stoked about his new bed and the shelves and secret hutch at the bed head. I put the bed together myself using the instructions. It was well packed to keep all pieces safe and it was easy to put together. Now I am just waiting on more furniture to arrive as I had to go back for more after seeing the quality of his product. Not too difficult to put together, except the hinges. But really happy with the final product. Only a small chip of damage on arrival.

The bed is nice and my daughter loves it although the cupboard on the headboard is too difficult to put together. But, initially only one box was delivered. It was impossible to get through to the 24/7 phone number and took 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get the second box delivered.
