DELIVERY
Deliveries to major capital cities are usually made within 4 working days, however, please allow 10 business days after the dispatch date to receive your order. Excludes pre-order items.
To keep delivery costs low, we book all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg (example. Box weighs 100kg, you will need to supply 3 able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading). Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialised delivery service or after hours delivery. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and additional costs will apply.

Only drawbacks are that it was time consuming and a bit fiddly to assemble, but I was anticipating that given the price. And the drawers are simply on wheels, there’s nothing to hold them in place when they’re out. However, this bed looks stunning and I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a good quality bed under $400.

Bed built easy
Colour is more grey than the blue-grey look in the pictures. The quality is indicative of the price, instructions could definitely be clearer, it is more difficult to build than Ikea furniture. But I am very happy with it overall.

I was a little reluctant to purchase online as I live interstate, however am completely satisfied with the purchase. The bed is exactly like the image, great quality, doesn’t look or feel cheap. The only thing that I would say that would have been better was if the draws were on rails, they’re on wheels- so not attached to the bed they just slide in and out of their socket. However never the less , still very happy, will repurchase from this site.
Ordered late Tuesday evening and delivered Thursday midday. Driver called early morning g to advise approximate time and then again half an hour out. Bed is built and looks great.

Great sturdy bed. Great quality for the price. Only complaint was how long it took for delivery and there was no update of its arrival. Lucky someone happened to be home. Otherwise very happy.
This is a stylish and basic to assemble bed. Instructions were a tad difficult to follow.It arrived to rural SA in less than a week. It’s sturdy and the draws work well. Would recommend.
This is the second one I have ordered from Luxo after using a similar one for 10 months . Good quality and great packing . Only downside was the delivery person did not bring it up to my flat on the first floor even if there was a lift in the appartment. He left it on the ground floor outside the lift .

Very happy with the bed. The colour and fabric is what I expected from the picture. It came in 4 flat pack boxes and was easy to put together. The drawers fit and slide easily into the bed. I have a slight concern that there may not be enough support in the sides of the bed where the drawers are, but otherwise I am very happy with the quality and look of the bed.
