## FAQs

#### Do the rugs in this collection include a non-slip backing?

Expert Recommendation: For added confidence on hard flooring, look for styles in this collection with non-slip or studded backing. It is a smart feature that helps keep your rug neatly in place while maintaining a polished, welcoming look throughout your space.

#### How do I choose the right rug shape and size for my room?

Pro-Tip: Use round rugs to create a softer, decorative focal point in bedrooms, nurseries or compact corners, while rectangular and runner styles are ideal for defining larger zones such as living rooms, bedside areas and walkways. Choosing a shape that follows your furniture layout will help your room feel thoughtfully styled and well balanced.

#### What colours are available in the New Rugs collection?

Expert Recommendation: This collection features versatile tones such as white, grey, beige, dusty pink and tan-inspired combinations, making it easy to complement modern, cosy or softly layered interiors. For a calm and airy feel, choose lighter neutrals, or add gentle warmth with blush and earthy tones.

#### What styles of rugs are included in the New Rugs collection?

Pro tip: This collection is ideal if you love plush, inviting interiors. You’ll find soft faux fur and shaggy designs, including both classic shag textures and modern bubble-style finishes, making it easy to create a cosy, elevated look in bedrooms, living areas and play spaces.

#### What materials are commonly used in the New Rugs collection?

Expert recommendation: Most rugs in this collection are crafted from polyester or acrylic blends, with selected styles featuring cotton blend backing. These materials are a smart choice for shoppers wanting a soft underfoot feel, lasting comfort and easy everyday upkeep.

#### Are the rugs in this collection soft underfoot?

Pro tip: Yes—softness is one of the standout features across this collection. The faux fur, shaggy pile and fluffy textures are designed to feel warm, plush and inviting, which makes them especially appealing for spaces where comfort is part of the styling brief.
