Q1: What is the reason for the product recall?
A1: The recall is due to a compliance issue. We have identified a part of the product that does not meet regulatory standards.

A2: No, this recall is solely due to a compliance issue and does not pose any safety risk to our customers.
Q3: Which products are affected by the recall?
A3: The recall affects TEYI Bunker Light (model number Xiaotuo) included with Luxo Kivi 3FI sauna kit (LSKIVI3FI-HB) supplied between 14 Oct 2021 and 11 August 2023.
Q4: Which part of the product is not compliant?
A4: It is only the lamp holder (light fitting) that is not compliant, however we will be replacing the whole light including the lamp holder.
Q5: What should I do if I have one of the affected products?
A5: Please stop using the old bunker light and wait for a brand-new replacement bunker light that meets all relevant Australian Standards to be sent to you. You could dispose of the old bunker light by yourself. Simple installation instructions will be provided with the new light (unplug/plug).
